The modern world is hectic and very loud.
We get it.
That’s one of the reasons you have a cleaner – it’s an easy way to ease some of that stress.
So we know why, when our monthly feedback request lands in your inbox, you generally ignore it. You’ve got far more important things to do; it’s just one more bit of noise.
We really do understand.
But, here’s the thing…if you want to get the most out of your cleaner, providing us with some feedback (even a tiny bit) would be massively helpful.
But I know what you’re thinking….
“I don’t have time to provide feedback on everything I buy.”
This really is a valid point. Email and SMS marketing have made it impossible to escape requests for feedback.
We actually feel a little guilty for adding to the slew of messages.
But only a little, because we’re a bit different to most of the other stuff you buy.
Giving us feedback enables us to perfect your cleaning service. There is an immediate benefit to you, as your comments will allow us to fix any potential problems, and further, motivate your cleaner to do (or continue doing) a sterling job.
“Everything’s great – I don’t have anything to say!”
Positive feedback is just as vital as constructive criticism. Everyone works better when they feel valued and appreciated. Taking a moment to let us know your cleaner is doing a great job will do wonders for morale, boosting your cleaner’s job performance, and ensuring you get even more benefit from their services.
“If you can’t say something nice…”
Contrary to traditional wisdom, keeping silent because you have nothing positive to say isn’t helpful to anyone. If there is a problem with your service, or anything your cleaner is doing, we need to know about it.
For your sake, if we’re unaware of the problem we can’t fix it.
For our sake, because we want you to have a fantastic experience.
And for your cleaner’s sake, because they can’t stop (or start) doing something if they’re unaware there’s an issue.
All feedback, good or bad, is always welcome. So please, don’t be shy – let us know how you feel. We’re always happy to hear from you.
